For the past 43 years, I have had the privilege of working in the manufacturing world… working with all the levels from entry level to upper management. This company is Pierce Manufacturing, a fire truck manufacturing company which when I started in the early 1970’s was struggling to survive. But through the years I watched and was a part of a company that grew itself to a Fortune 500 organization and the top fire truck manufacturer in the world. Since retiring my position as Senior Scheduler for that company I have dedicated myself to share and help bring forth a movement that will help bring the same success in other companies. Helping companies to be completely transformed into life building and profit organizations.
